Plaques On this page you are viewing an example of the custom plaques available for order. The size of a plaque is approximately 10-1/2" x 16" and comes ready to hang with attached eyelets. For an additional charge we can supply you with chain and hooks to fit your plaque. When placing an order for a plaque, please supply the correct spelling of the name and your general color preferences.
